Increase number of recordings per month
$10 plan for 100 recordings seems too little, other sites like have a much bigger threshold (http://mouseflow.com/pricing). You do have some very nice features but it seems that recording is the most fundamental part of the business so keeping the number so low is a bit discouraging.

Allow us to define a production environment and a playback environment.
Since web applications often allow users to create objects in storage, it would be essential that the playbacks do not create more objects in the production environment. It would be helpful if we could specify a playback environment/url so that ajax calls and whatnot would be redirected to that environment.

Stop using the service....
We are customers of Userfly, but our log-in password suddenly stopped working. We can't see the videos on the page, and anyways we wan't to cancel the service. I've tried to contact in many ways, never got any reply!!! Please, contact me at my phone or email provided...

Make HTTPS recordings work (Busines plan) and cart pages
The main reason for me getting this software was to watch for cart abandonment on our cart pages and checkout pages. None of this is working but your description for Business plan clearly says it works for https. ?????
