I've noticed that if I have a recording for someone who is using a screen larger than my own, the mouse clicks are absolutely positioned. This is a problem because I can't tell exactly what they clicked on.

I understand there are many things to take into account for this issue - for instance, not all designs are centered and in some cases making the clicks be absolutely positioned would work well.

Having said that, I guess I can only say that they don't line up now and that is a problem.

I currently have a website which has only one main page and the rest is password protected. Each time I log in, only the login screen is captured and not the password protected area navigation. Is there a way this could be enabled in future?

As more and more sites use AJAX callbacks, it would be useful to have it supported, even though it's probably tough to implement.

I don't want 'window shoppers' to suck all my budget. I should be able to define a threshold (4 clicks or 5 pages shown) then start recording, so the money that i'll be spending will be meaningful otherwise it will be more like PPC program that I keep recording for 1-click visitors.

Track a user to a particular term or search phrase. This would help you to determine if you have usability issues with your page. Especially if a user can not find a piece of content that you know you have (based up on the keyword or keyword phrase entry point).

It would be very useful if summarized data could be analized. Some kind of reports could be made or dashboard would be available, something like Google Analytics.

It would be great to be able to use your tool on a Flash based site. Not talking simple campaign sites, rather more complex sites and also flash games and the like.

Ability to set the number of captures per day. This way you can get data distributed over 30 days. Otherwise, you can use of your captures in just a couple of days which is not so useful. The pause button is useful but it is not enough.

It will be incredibly useful to make recordings searchable by words in URLs this way if I am looking for recordings that accessed a certain page I can get ot them really easily

We are testing userfly on a number of subdomain names. If would be nice to turn of recording on specific domains/subdomains. Say for example we roll out a new feature on a subdomain. We would only want to record on that subdomain.

I'd love to see multiple users using my site at the same time.
Different colors for different users. Maybe a connect-the-dot feature to see the path without playing it back or just an all encompassing map of hotspots over time.

It would be great if I could choose to have a set number of captures recorded then it would automatically turn off recording until I turned it on again.

This would help me use the captures more effectively instead of trying to gauge how long it will take to reach say 25, 50, or more captures.

Languages with special characters (for example Hungarian ISO-8859-2) need support otherwise your service is unusable :(

It would be nice to be able to tag the recordings with multiple tags for quick searching and playback on specific actions or targeted pages.

Captures can show wonks on the page that weren't found in testing. It would be nice to know which browser, browser version, and operating system the user is viewing the page with.

The main reason for me getting this software was to watch for cart abandonment on our cart pages and checkout pages. None of this is working but your description for Business plan clearly says it works for https. ?????
