Make it work on password protected pages
I currently have a website which has only one main page and the rest is password protected. Each time I log in, only the login screen is captured and not the password protected area navigation. Is there a way this could be enabled in future?
Thanks in advance
Please email support@userfly.com with your specific site so we can try to find a work-around. :)

I sent you a lot of emails because a problem with my business account but never got any support or answer within 2 weeks. At the moment I can't log in.
As I can read I'm not the only one who has the login / no support problem. What can I do to get access to my already paid business account again. Why don't you support your customers? -

Any progress on this? I just turned on userfly tracking and it's super-slick ... but the pages I'm really interested in require login.

We am having the same exact issue. The only part of our site that gets recorded is the login screen. As cool as this product is, we are not able to use it at all until this gets resolved.
Please advise.

How is progress on this coming along? We are considering investing in userfly but the majority of our site is behind a login screen so this is a make-or-break feature for us. Have there been any developments since 3 months ago?

i think a better solution would be to allow us to perform some of the actions.
for example, when the user if filling out a form, we can type in the username and password and hit submit.
this could be extended to allow for ajax. For example, if they click on a page that is an ajax link, we can click on it at the same time and see what the user viewed.

Great product but as mentioned, would be good to see on password protected pages as most sites I want to use this on the user logs in and then they see a different page to what a logged out user sees :)
