i think a better solution would be to allow us to perform some of the actions.
for example, when the user if filling out a form, we can type in the username and password and hit submit.
this could be extended to allow for ajax. For example, if they click on a page that is an ajax link, we can click on it at the same time and see what the user viewed.

or the ability to block a city.
for example, my visits to my website come from ATT IPs in Los Angeles, which route to Anaheim, CA
